About Us
At Heart and Soul Hub, we are a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals recovering from mental health illness. We provide support, community integration, and work opportunities through our garden and workshop project. Everything we produce is sold to the community and all profits from our courses are used to help fund the Hub.

Our garden project focuses on designing, creating, and maintaining a beautiful community garden with flowers, vegetable patches, and a polytunnel.
